We had a fantastic science lesson this week. We investigated how fluid in our bodies helps to protect our organs by placing eggs in glass jars with and without water and giving them a good shake. Why don’t you ask us what we discovered.

Today we had a visit from our local PCSO’s. They talked to us about their role, their uniform and their vehicles. We asked lots of questions and discovered how they work to help us in our local area.

We had a fantastic session at the village hall with Dementia Caring charity. We shared some of our favourite poems and spent time with the people who attend sharing what we’ve been up to at school.

Class 2 were invited to Drayton Manor to trial their science enrichment on Forces and electricity. We had lots of fun learning about motors and magnets and then seeing them in action in the theme park. We were even treated to a few goes on the rides! What a fabulous day we had. 
 

Class 3 have started their latest ICT topic and already they have produced some interesting designs.  The initial task was to produce a house just using shapes. When they had mastered this their task was to design an individual clothing brand logo. Which one do you think is the most eye catching?
