Delving further into this term’s value of respect
This week the assembly team performed their drama based around the story of Moses and the Burning Bush. They worked so hard on their performance which helped further enhance our understanding of what respect is and can mean to others.
Bread Baking for Harvest
What a fantastic few days we have had creating bread loaves for our Harvest celebrations.
We worked in our house teams to design and create the loaves to take to church.
We can’t wait for you to see them.
A visit from Pep the poet
We had a fab afternoon with Pep the poet. He shared some of his poems and got us all involved in some active poetry. We had some dressed as rapping bubbles and some as pirates.
Planting our new sensory garden
Wow! What a fab afternoon! All the classes have been part of planting our fantastic sensory garden - it looks amazing! They have had so much fun, learnt so many skills and feel so proud of their part in creating this wonderful space.

Cookery Club Week 5
A fantastic fifth week in cookery club! This week we tried out our knife skills prepping veg and cutting pastry to make savoury swirls. They smelt delicious- we hope you like them!

Cookery Club Week 3
Another fantastic week in cookery club! This week we made flapjacks. We each got to add our own toppings, there were some very fantastic creations. Our older club members are such fantastic role models and every week aid the younger children in learning new skills! What a fab group!

Cookery Club Week 2
We’ve had another fab week in cookery club this week. We used our skills of measuring, mixing, and prepping fruit to make banana, chocolate and oat cookies. Hope you all enjoyed them
May Queen 2024
The Howard Primary School annual May Queen took place this week and it was lovely to see so many children and guests enjoying the celebrations.
